These Terms of Service ("these Terms") set out the conditions on which Poker Online ("the Service") may be used. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all matters arising between you and us in connection with your use of the Service.

Article 2 (Purpose of the Service)

The Service is a web application for playing poker (Texas Hold'em) online for entertainment. Betting money or anything of redeemable value — that is, gambling — is not permitted in any form. All chips and points within the Service are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

You must not do any of the following when using the Service.

  1. Break the law, or act against public order and decency
  2. Engage in conduct connected with criminal activity
  3. Gamble, meaning betting money or anything else of financial value, including prizes that can be exchanged for money
  4. Damage or interfere with our servers or network
  5. Act in any way that may disrupt the operation of the Service
  6. Collect or store other users' personal information
  7. Use the Service for any improper purpose
  8. Harass or defame other users, or otherwise behave inappropriately towards them
  9. Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Service
  10. Play using bots or other automated means. This does not cover legitimate indexing by search engines such as Google, or access by ordinary crawlers such as GPTBot
  11. Post spam, disrupt play, or otherwise harm the community
  12. Do anything else we consider inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

  1. We accept no liability for any loss or damage you suffer through your use of the Service.
  2. We do not warrant that the Service is accurate or complete, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
  3. We take no part in disputes between users and accept no responsibility for them.
  4. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service without notice, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage you suffer as a result.
  5. We do not warrant the accuracy or safety of advertisements or external links shown in the Service, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use.

Article 5 (Changes to these Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time, without notice, where we consider it necessary. The revised Terms take effect as soon as they are posted on this site. Where a change is significant, we will give advance notice wherever we can.

Article 6 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court for the district in which the operator of this site is located.
